
Sales Coordinator
A fast-paced full-service commercial systems furnishing dealership in Arizona is looking for a dynamic individual for their Sales Coordinator position. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Project Team by managing order entry, order management, and systems maintenance; both the showroom and common areas as well as top notch customer service to incoming customers.
- Coordinates and oversees projects through the entire project cycle.
- Communicates with the Project Management team regarding order status, ship dates and punch list items.
- Assists the Sales Team.
- Review and proof product orders for information.
- Enter orders into operating system; send purchase orders to manufacturers to place orders.
Skills:
2 year degree or 5 years of customer service experience
– Strong sales background with a proven track record of success
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience customer relationship building
– Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
