
Office Administrator:
An environmentally conscious, plant-centered facility based in Phoenix, AZ. is seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to join their amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the NetSuite program; order inputs/credit memo creation and processing along with charging deposits, processing refunds and looking up invoices and tracking information.
Duties
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding product information, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Administrative Duties

NOTE: NetSuite experience is a must - Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong Administrative skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems; such as NetSuite, Helpscout, Order Platforms, Woo Commerce, Woo Commerce and Zenventory.
- Knowledge of basic math
- Clerical skills such as filing and organizing documents
- Experience with order entry processes
