Office Administrator: 

An environmentally conscious, plant-centered facility based in Phoenix, AZ. is seeking an exceptional Office Administrator to join their amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the NetSuite program; order inputs/credit memo creation and processing along with charging deposits, processing refunds and looking up invoices and tracking information.

Duties

  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding product information, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service
    NOTE: NetSuite experience is a must
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong Administrative skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in computerized systems; such as NetSuite, Helpscout, Order Platforms, Woo Commerce, Woo Commerce and Zenventory.
  • Knowledge of basic math
  • Clerical skills such as filing and organizing documents
  • Experience with order entry processes
