Legal Assistant

A national recognized financial firm is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their amazing team. The primary role for this position is to coordinate and conduct remote on-line notary signings of estate planning documents with clients in multiple states. Provide client support and support for the team of attorneys and paralegals. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent communication, typing, computer and administrative skills.

 Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in legal assistant/paralegal role preferred
  • Active notary stamp required
  • Remote online notary certification preferred
  • Responds quickly to emails, text, and voice mail
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Windows application
  • Attention to Detail
  • Independent and self-driven work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
