Field Service Support Specialist

A highly accredited Full-Service Equipment and Parts Distribution company is looking for a Field Service Support Specialist to assist with on-site technical and service support to customers . This position is responsible for assisting customers with troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and conduct maintenance on equipment.

This position is for someone that’s been in the trades, HVAC and/or appliance industry.

Requirements

• Proven work experience with Installation and Service Support
• Knowledge in the Service Tech field
• Strong work experience with Parts and Warehouse Support
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Assist customers in-person or via phone with parts order/shipment inquires
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand truck safety
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office
• Assist in General Office duties; Administration

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
