External Auditor

A rapidly expanding and well established local CPA Firm is seeking a well rounded CPA for its External Auditing team. Need to have a minimum of 2 years public accounting and External Auditing experience along with a CPA license required. Any experience in the government and non-profit industries is a bug plus.

Responsibilities
– Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAS and relevant regulations.
– Analyze financial data and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
– Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
– Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and insights for audits.
– Stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices related to financial auditing.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Experience in public accounting or a similar auditing role is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of financial concepts, risk management, and auditing standards
– Proficiency in financial software tools for data analysis and reporting.
– Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
– Strong written communication skills for effective report writing.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
